Kalu, Ozokwo score for Turkish club
Nigeria’s Uche Kalu and Nduka Ozokwo were among the goal scorers for Adanaspor when they beat hosts Karsiyaka 3-2 to remain top of the Turkish second division league.
Adanaspor now have 53 points from 27 games.
They are three points clear of closest rivals Karabukspor.
Ex-Enugu Rangers winger Ozokwo scored in 59th minute to restore parity at 1-1.
Former Enyimba striker Kalu netted in the 78th minute to give his team the lead for the first time in the game at 2-1.
Uche Kalu has now scored three goals, while Ozokwo has six goals to his credit.
