Interswitch to host Verve wellness, fitness lifestyle

The Group Chief Product and Marketing Officer Interswitch Nigeria, Cherry Eromosele, on Thursday said that the company is set to host a fitness, wellness and lifestyle event on June 16 in Lagos.

According to Eromosole, the event is the second edition and would hold at the Landmark Centre Victoria Island, tagged “TheVerveLife 2.0 #ZeroExcuses”, is expected to be a huge success.

He told news men in Lagos that this year’s edition would have participants engage in secession in boxing, dance, Yoga, Martial Arts and Strength Conditioning.

“Verve International, a proudly Pan-African payment brand of Interswitch Group will on June 16 host enthusiast to fitness to wellness and lifestyle event.

“Our card and digital payments brand has always been a customer-focused brand and which has always helped our customers to achieve their set objectives.

“Above all, the Verve life is about fitness, fun, healthy food and living, which is why we have carefully designed the event to leverage the passion of Nigerians for fitness and entertainment.

“Participants will be treated to a delightful and engaging sessions involving fitness challenges as well as master classes on Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, Dance, Yoga, Zumba, Martial Arts and Nutrition.

“Access to the highly anticipated fitness event is free, however registration is required, on the purpose-built web/mobile platform created for the event,’’ Eromosole said.

Verve is a pan-African payment scheme that provides EMV cards, cardless products and solutions to financial institutions, individuals, private organizations and government institutions across Africa.

Verve cards are accepted in 185 countries including 22 African countries, China, United Kingdom, United States and UAE.
