Insecurity: Peace returns in Donga LG, Taraba – Chairman

Permanent peace has returned to the supposed volatile areas of Donga Local Government Areas in Southern Taraba where residents now sleep with their two eyes closed.

Executive Chairman of the Council, Hon. Nashuka Musa, dropped the hint while answering questions from Journalists shortly after a function at Tor Damisa community of the Local Government.

Donga happened to face incessant challenges of insecurity, occasioned by either inter-tribal wars, farmers/ herdsmen clashes or armed robbery attacks.

Residents of Tor Damisa community are mostly the vulnerable as they usually fall prey to the persistent menace which engulfed the Area.
