INEC Officials Verifies PVC Not Authentication
As accreditation begins in most areas of Bwari area council in the Federal Capital Territory, Daily Times observed that INEC officials verifies only the validity of the PVC not authentication of the real owners of the cards.
The implication of this exercise as our reporters observed is that somebody could use a verified card which might not be his own if the situation continues.
One of the officials who spoke to Daily Times on the condition of anonymity said they are only acting on instructions from INEC.
As at the time of this report, the accreditation that started by 8:00 am in Usman Dam was going on smoothly as voters conducted themselves orderly.
