What people should know is that football does not know gender. What’s important is for you to have a vision and now where you’re going to and you will get to your destination. The initial problem I had was players accepting a female coach and whether I can do the job or not. But when they discovered I was being professional with the job, they all keyed to my vision which made my job easy.

On her team’s target, the Benue State-born tactician explained that her target is to lead the team to the Nigeria Professional League which she described as achievable.
Otache while commending Global Impact Church and other organization for extending financial help to the team noted that Good Land Rangers is in business and will be ready to partner any corporate organization that supports their vision.
