Why I want to probe ex-gov Adamu – Al’Makura

Governor of Nassarawa State, Tanko Al-Makura, has revealed that he constituted a commission of enquiry to investigate the administration of former governor Abdullahi Adamu because of some serious issues at stake.

The governor, speaking with journalists after being screened to contest the Nassarawa South Senatorial seat stressed that certain issues take a long time before they come up.

He said: “The issues at stake were those that have taken many years to culminate the need and necessity for investigation.

Government is dynamic. Operation of government is also dynamic. Certain things propose certain things. Certain actions precipitate certain actions and as far as governance is concerned, the gestation period for a number of issues don’t come at the same time”.
