Headies call for entries
Organizers of the yearly Headies Awards have reel out details for this year’s edition of the award billed to hold before the end year as they call on budding artistes and top musicians to put in their best works for the memorable event ahead.
It will be recalled that Headies controversial fight between YBNL boss Olamide and Mavin head, Don Jazzy made headlines in January 1, 2016 at the Landmark event centre during the 10th edition of the award as both label owners went head to head.
In the past month, there have been rumours in several corners that the annual Headies award show will not hold this year.
The organizers have however put out the rumours by calling for entries ahead of this year’s edition following its extremely controversial outing last year.
According to the organizers, doors are open for entries of music materials released between July 2015 and June 2016 by visiting its website and secretariat.
