Happy Times for Mantu, Igbinedion families

To these two popular families across different ethnic tribes, Mantu and Igbinedion, the just concluded year, 2017, without a doubt will remain indelible in their minds and that is because both families became one through the marriage of their children. The marriage ceremony during which Umar, son of the former Deputy President of the upper chamber of the National Assembly, Senator Ibrahim Mantu and Orobosa, daughter of successful businessman, who doubles as the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion were pronounced man and wife, it will be recalled that it was only held in 2017, but it was one of the most glamorous as well as most talked about among top wedding ceremonies that were held. The wedding, which had large members of the high society as well as the movers and shakers of the society in attendance was held in Edo State, the Federal capital city, Abuja and South Africa.
If information in town is anything to go by, the families of Mantu and Igbinedion may have started to reap expected dividends from the wedding of their children as the families were said to be presently in a great mood. News of joy, it was learnt filtered in from the foreign land to the families that the young couple had welcomed a child. Expectedly, the families have been over the moon over the great news of an addition of a bouncing baby boy to the noble dynasties
