Groups pass vote of confidence on Ihedioha

The Imo Rebuild Ambassadors has applauded the state Governor, Emeka Ihedioha for the giant strides his administration has recorded within the short period in office.

The group, a socio-political organization said the emergence of Ihedioha as governor of the state has librated the citizens from the shackles of misgovernance, underdevelopment and economic backwardness.

National Coordinator of group, Mr. Sunny Emeh said the people of the state are elated and appreciative of the what the governor has achieved so far, adding that they are signs that the administration is on the right track towards salvaging the state.

“There is doubt that Imo people are at home with Ihedioha’s administration. He has through his achievements so far within this short period in office shown that he would get it right.

“We are confident that Imolites will continue to support and identify with his rebuild agenda for state in the overall interest of the state and the people,” he added.

Similarly, the National Youth Council of Nigeria, (NYCN) and Imo Prayer Force Movement (IPFM) have passed a vote of confidence on the governor, stressing that the governor has demonstrated leadership capacity and ingenuity to move the state forward.

NYCN state Chairman, Comrade Chukwuemeka Isdorein said that “we are proud of Gov. Emeka Ihedioha. He has demonstrated leadership capacity in his first 100 days in office by restoring all the institutional frameworks for the complete rebuilding of our dear state.”

Also, the IPFM President, Apostle Okey Emmanuel added that “all well meaning Imolites are enjoined to give him full support because with him at the helm of affairs, Imo is truly on the path of greatness.”

It would be recalled that Gov. Ihedioha had in an event marking his 100 days in office held recently, listed the many efforts made by his government towards rebuilding the state, including the award of contracts for the reconstruction of 14 critical roads across the state, among others.
