Group urges pro Saraki supporters to shelve planned protest
A Coalition of Civil Society Groups (CCSG), Kano has called on the pro-Saraki group to shelve its planned protest in Kano aimed at countering those calling for resignation of Senate President Bukola Saraki.
Recall that a group, Arewa Solidarity Forum recently organised a protest calling on the Senate President, Bukola Saraki to resign.
The CCSG posits that the proposed counter protest could cause violence in the state.
A statement signed by Comrade Rabiu Shamma, the Convener of the CCSG called on the Commissioner of Police in Kano state to stop the protest.
