Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki has charged hospitality outfits in the State to continue to offer quality services to customers to attract more patronages.
He assured all that his administration will continue to encourage and create conducive business environment for them to thrive.
The Governor stated this while declaring open, THE RODINIA RESTAURANT AND BAR, located in the Benin City Mall on Sapele Road, in the State capital.
The Governor who was represented by the Hon. Commissioner for Arts, Culture and Tourism, Uyi Oduwa Malaka commended the founder for investing in the hospitality industry in Edo State.
He encouraged the public to visit the restaurant which offers a variety of food and encouraged the owners of the restaurant to celebrate Edo’s culinary delight by offering the food of the host city.
“On behalf of His Excellency, Governor Godwin Obaseki, I congratulate you for opening this restaurant with a beautiful ambiance that will believe it will also boost Edo Tourism. I wish you good luck and hope it will be a fruitful venture for us”, she said.

The Tourism Commissioner used the occasion to extend invitations to the Management to the forthcoming Ministry’s and Stakeholders meeting on hospitality outfits.
Responding, the General Manager of The Rodinia Restaurant and Bar, Barr. Mrs. Kevwe Aluta thanked the Governor who was represented by the Hon. Commissioner for the honor and promised to always support the Ministry in the promotion of our culture.
Present were the Permanent Secretary, Iryn Omorogiuwa Esq., and other officials of the Ministry.
