Gov Bala commends federal Head of Service over tremendous achievements

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has commended the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Yemi Folashade Esan for recording tremendous achievements since her assumption of office.
The governor made the commendation during the opening ceremony of 45th meeting of States Heads of civil service at the Command Guest house Bauchi yesterday.
The governor appreciated Dr. Esan for choosing Bauchi state as host of the meeting, pointed out that under her leadership, the federal civil service has witnessed tremendous transformation and technological achievements.
Governor Mohammed emphasized on the need for unity among all diverse groups particularly in the civil service system by accommodating everyone to achieve the best Reforms in the country.
Earlier speaking, Dr Esan tasked the 36 states heads of civil service on enhancement performances in discharging their roles at respective states.
Esan noted that the heads of civil service are the driving force for every public sector, hence the need to adopt more than technology.

According to the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, the meeting of 36 heads of civil service was meant to brainstorm on issues surrounding the system.
According to her, the discussion will also foster greater opportunity of coming up with a formidable solutions in the grey areas regarding the scheme.
Dr Esan informed the gathering that federal government has introduced agricultural scheme towards improving their wellbeing with a view to prepare them to become entrepreneurs after retirements.
She congratulated governor Bala Mohammed for carrying out laudable projects in the state as well as the attention and support given to the head of civil service and scheme in the state.
