Glo enhances customer’s experience with new Gloworld outlet

As part of efforts in improving its customers’ experience, Globacom, has opened a brand new Gloworld outlet on Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

The architectural masterpiece is strategically located on Plot 95 of the vibrant Allen Avenue, the commercial nerve-center of Ikeja. It was conceptualised to enhance seamless customer service operations, quick turnaround time and customer accessibility to the network’s product offerings.

Speaking while commissioning the complex, Hakeem Popoola Fahm, Lagos commissioner for science and technology, congratulated Globacom for opening a state-of-the-art customer service centre in Ikeja Business District, adding that the company had from onset led the way with innovative product and services

He also gave kudos to Globacom for its unalloyed commitment to the development of the nation’s telecommunication industry.

Globacom’s Group Executive Director, Mrs. Bella Disu, leading a team of top executives of the company to the launch, also conducted a guided tour of the extensive complex with guests and customers who graced the occasion, including Nigerian singer, songwriter, and producer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba;

Lagos State Commissioner for Housing, Mr. Gbolahan Lawal; Managing Director, Ibile Holdings, Mr. Ganiyu Oseni; Ovation Publisher, Bashorun Dele Momodu; Director of Traffic Management & Survey, Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, Mr. Ositimehin Abimbola, and Mr. Ganiyu Lasisi of Polaris Bank.

Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Globacom, Mr. Michael Toluhi, said in his speech at the event that the Allen Gloworld shop is the first in a generation of new and exquisitely designed contact centres, specially built to warm the hearts of the company’s subscribers in Ikeja and environs.

“We are bringing our products and services to Allen Avenue, which for a long time has been the melting pot for go-to business ventures in Ikeja”, Mr. Toluhi further explained while describing the new shop as “an archetypal customer service and sales shop designed to offer Globacom’s products and services to subscribers in a well-equipped and highly conducive ambience.

He further said the outlet would soon be replicated in other major markets across the country including Victoria Island, Abuja, Ibadan and Benin, among others.
