Glo customers to relish second Glo Overload Free Data Day
In continuation of Globacom’s forte of overloading its subscribers with value, the integrated telecommunications solutions provider has declared Thursday, 28th September, 2017, as the next FREE DATA DAY on the Glo network.
The offer provides qualified subscribers with 200 MB free data to enjoy a day of FREE browsing, chatting, streaming, downloading, uploading and lots more.
Like it did during the first Free Data Day on Friday, 11th August, 2017, the company said subscribers interested in enjoying the offer must have used N150 on voice calls plus 100MB or N250 on voice calls between Thursday 21st September and Wednesday 27th September, 2017. Customers are also to dial *777# which qualified them to enjoy all the Glo Overload offers.
Globacom recently launched the Glo Overload Free Data Day which gifts customers 200MB to download movies, chat, browse and do whatever catches their fancy free for a whole day culminating in a delightful experience on the network.
The company said the offer is open to all Glo subscribers who meet the voice and/or data usage threshold in the week preceding the Free Data Day.

The maiden Free Data Day was held on 11th August, and about a month after, we are giving our subscribers another opportunity to get something back from their beloved telecommunications brand. Given the primacy of the internet in contemporary times, subscribers can do exciting things with the free 200MB in their educational, social and commercial pursuits”, Globacom stated.
“For instance, 200 MB will enable a subscriber to send and receive 1,000 emails as well as send and upload 150 pictures,” the statement added.
The company explained further that customers are notified when they qualify for the Free Data Day to opt in to enjoy the benefits. “When a customer qualifies for the offering, he will be able to enjoy free data usage throughout that day like it happened the first time.”
