Fred The Godson Dead :Facts You Need To Know

Fred The Godson, also known as Fredrick Thomas, the rapper from the South Bronx, died at the age of 35 after a battle with the coronavirus.

He was 35 years old. He was married to makeup artist LeeAnn Jemmott. On April 10, Thomas’ partner, makeup artist LeeAnn Jemmott, told XXL magazine that the rapper “was going to make it.”

Jemmott went on to say that Thomas was being removed from the use of the fan. Thomas and Jemmott have two children together. Jemmott said to XXL.

Thomas first shot to fame in 2011 after he was named in XXL Magazine’s Freshman Class alongside luminaries such as Mac Miller, Kendrick Lamar and Meek Mill.

During his career, Thomas recorded with rappers such as Jadakiss, The Game, Kevin Gates, French Montana and Diddy.

Two weeks before his death, on April 6, Thomas confirmed to his legions of fans that he was battling coronavirus.

In the post, Thomas called joked calling the illness, “Corvus 19.”

Thomas’s death was confirmed by his friend DJ Self. The New York DJ wrote in an Instagram post on the afternoon of April 23:

“He was loved by many, I never heard anything bad about you RIP @fredthegodsonmusic Sleep Well my brother ??”.

Rapper Lloyd Banks has also offered his condolences to Thomas’ loved ones on Twitter.

The Bronx’s Kemba paid a heartfelt tribute to Thomas with a tweet saying: “RIP Fred The Godson man. F ***. When he was growing up in Hunts Point, he stopped as a superstar.

Everyone thought he was the best. He tried to be as good as him. He and my older brother friends. I was the little friend. This hurts.
