Former Custom boss, Gari Malam declares for Kebbi guber race

Barely three weeks after he submitted his nomination form to his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abubakar Gari Malam Shatiman Gwandu was recently received for the second time by his party to formerly declare his intention to run for Kebbi governorship under the PDP.

The political veteran was accompanied by an unprecedented crowd at the state secretariat in Birnin Kebbi.

In his speech the governorship aspirant said that he is not new in the race as he has over time made history when he contested under a new party then, Democratic Peoples Party (DPP), and won in many local governments and one state assembly seat.

He added that his people prevailed on him to contest again that is why he has re-joined to meet his people’s demands.
