Fope Okuyiga Serenades Fans With ‘Marry Me’

Still basking in the euphoria of the success of his last single, which he titled ‘Save All’, budding music artiste, Fope Okuyiga, has released another hit song to serenade his fans.
Titled ‘Marry Me’, the song expresses the pursuit of a man who is ready to settle for a long term relationship but keeps failing to get the right woman.
Meanwhile, according to Okuyiga, while expressing his thoughts about the song, he said he discovered many women now are carried away with mundane things and not ready to settle down.
“I can say what inspired the song really is the rate at which ladies now want to flex and chill rather than settling down to build a family. A friend of mine who thought his fiancee was ready for marriage proposed and got a no. He later found out that the lady was not just ready to settle down but prefers hanging out with her friends. She keeps saying she is afraid of family.”
However, the storyline of the song was well arranged and Okuyiga rendered his lines perfectly to the rhythm of the beat. In fact, the song has been making waves gradually and finding it’s way to top music charts in Nigeria.
