Fleeing Gay Suspect Declared Wanted As Partner Dies In Custody After Arrest

The Edo State Command of the Nigerian Police has declared wanted one Benjamin Etinosa after he was reportedly caught in the act of same-sex practice with another man simply identified as Abel in a remote community in Benin City in November 2024.

It was gathered that the 2 gay suspects were caught in the act of same-sex practice by an unsuspecting neighbour who walked into an apartment belonging to Abel unannounced while the door remained unlocked .

An eye-witness account who pleaded anonymity said that the two gay suspects were complletely naked and in a frenzied mood when they were caught in the act by another male neighbour who walked in on them in the apartment

Trouble was said to have however started for the bisexual men when the neighbour who nabbed them in the sacrilegious act of same-sex practice immediately ran out and raised an alarm to attract other members of the community who raced down to the apartment to catch a glimpse of the sacrilegious act in the community.

Benjamin Etinosa however managed to escape through an exit back-door leading to the apartment while Abel was suddenly rounded up by a mammoth crowd of angry mob who violently unleashed terror on him as desperate efforts were made to chase after Benjamin Etinosa who however managed to lost sight of his pursuers, it was gathered.

It was said that the the angry mob continued to unleash terror violently by beating up Abel while others ransacked his apartment for more incriminating and compelling evidence as nude photos of both men were later discovered in his phone

Abel was however rescued from the angry mob who almost lynched him to death as the early arrival of the police immediately stopped him from being lynched to death by the angry mob who were already armed with gasoline and tyres while teargas carnisters were instantly fired to disperse the angry crowd .

Abel was however immediately arrested and taken Into custody after he was rescued from the angry mob, it was confirmed.

Meanwhile, the Edo State Command of the Nigerian police in a statement made available to journalists in Benin City stated that 2 gay suspects namely Benjamin Etinosa and Abel were nabbed in the act of same-sex act by an unsuspecting neighbour in a remote community in Benin City.

The statement further stated that one of the gay suspects Benjamin Etinosa however managed to escape from the scene before the arrival of the police as Abel was however rescued from almost being lynched by a team of policemen on patrol and taken away into custody immediately.

Abel who made confesssional statement implicating his fleeing lover, while in police custody was later reported to have died from complications arising from the violent mob attack .

The statement urged members of the general public with useful information that could lead to the arrest of the fleeing Benjamin Etinosa to come forward adding that he had been declared wanted.

It was further stated that the Command was in possession of more incriminating and compelling evidence to prosecute him for breaching the Same-sex Marriage Prohibition Act of 2014 immediately he is arrested.
