Five die, properties destroyed, as fracas over bisexual love affairs tears community apart

About 5 persons were said to have been killed, and properties worth millions of naira destroyed as the people of Ugboren Community in Sapele, Delta State, fought over the suspected shielding of a certain Mr Endurance Goodspeed Akibor, whom the people alleged to have defiled the land.

The said, Endurance Goodspeed Akibor who came to the community to do poultry faming business, was caught red-handed with a fellow man having sexual affairs, in an uncompleted building, a development that led to their thorough beating before Endurance Goodspeed Akibor escaped.

The unholy affairs, which took place on 11 November 2022, led to the death of one Mr Christopher Ukekeranye, Mr Akibor partner in crime, and since then, the family of the late victim has been demanding that the fate that befell their son must be vented on the fleeing Endurance Goodspeed Akibor.

According to an eye witness who pleaded that his name should not be mentioned, explained that the recent issue that led to the escalation of the crisis is that the family of the late Christopher who could not trace the whereabout of Endurance Goodspeed Akibor to also kill him, suspected that his barber who was his close ally Mr Joshua Damoni, must know the whereabout of Endurance Godspeed Akibor and in the process of trying to forcefully subject him to produce Endurance Goodspeed Akibor, led to retaliation from the barber’s family and that was what led to the free for all fights.

The fight claimed the lives of 5 persons, while many were injured and properties worth millions of naira destroyed.

Although the police have restored normalcy in the area, the general mood there is that the said Mr Endurance Goodspeed Akibor must also die to pacify the family of those who lost their live.
