FCTA mulls world class city, trains staff on service delivery

The FCT Administration (FCTA) says it is ready to be among one of the best 20 world Class Capital Cities in the provision of standard infrastructure, quality social service delivery, among others.

Speaking during a workshop organised to that effect, FCT Permanent Secretary, Sir Chinyeaka Ohaa expressed optimism that the workshop would further strengthen the capacity of the workers for enhanced productivity using the SERVICOM platform.

According to the Permanent Secretary, the workshop is hinged on the commitment of the FCT Administration to build a World Class Capital City with standard infrastructure and quality service delivery comparable to the best in the world.

He said: “the importance of this workshop is underscored by the fact that the FCTA is entrusted with the mission-critical task of building a World Class City with standard infrastructure and quality social service delivery”.
