A former Commissioner for Education in the old Anambra, Chief Nduka Eya, has urged youths to evolve solutions for the nation’s challenges being the hope for its socio-economic and political revival.
Eya made the call during the 2018 Annual Public Lecture of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria in Enugu on Sunday.
The theme of the lecture is: “Human Capital Development: The Missing Link in Sustaining Organizational Success’’.
Eya said that it was not enough for youths to continue to complain of things not going well, but “they must be part of the solutions; they must seek these solutions since they hold the key to the future of the country’’.
“Young people should dream big and come up with innovations to get the country out of its present predicaments”, he said.
