Breaking: Court to rule shortly on joinder of of election sequence
Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court in Abuja will in a short while deliver ruling on the application of the Action Peoples Party seeking to be joined as an interested party in the suit filed by Accord Party challenging the power of the National Assembly to amend the 2019 election sequence.
At today’s hearing, the Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami,SAN appeared himself.
Meanwhile, nine SAN’s put up appearance in today’s proceedings to intervene in the constitutional matter which has generated a lot of controversy in the past few weeks.
