Ejidike commends Jemegah on league book

The Nigeria Pillar of Sports, Chief Donatus Agu Ejidike, has hailed the bold step of sports writer, Emma Jemegah on his book “Eyes On the Nigerian League” describing the book as encyclopedia of issues in round leather game in Nigeria.
Chief Ejidike affirmed that people forget so easily but such a book would readily be a reference for clarity of facts.
“We lack records keeping attitudes which often lead to misrepresentation of fact even as some people are confused about the truth. A book of this kind is highly desirable. In this sense, there is need to encourage writers to do more,” he said.
The Sports philanthropist described the author, Emma Jemegah as a committed league writer who, against all odds traversed the length and breadth of this country covering league matches with zeal.
Ejidike, while commending him, also urged him to begin on second volume where aspects of referring, supporters club, ownership and other aspects of the league would be highlighted and further tasked other journalists covering other beats to come up with publications that will equally become reference materials.
