Dubai launch: Medview boss promises better times for customers.

To encourage more Nigerians who travel on the Dubai route on Medview airline, the airline has introduced a free ticket for any passenger who has flown five times on the route.

Making the announcement on board the Boeing 767-300 ER flight during its inaugural flight to Dubai, Managing Director, Medview airline, Alhaji Muneer Bankole said Nigerians who are widely travelled and frequent fliers on the route need a pocket- friendly fare and packages which Medview is offering.

He said as a Nigerian airline, carrying the nation’s flag, it needs all the support from all Nigerians to remain and be consistent on the route.

Bankole promised the over 200 passengers on board the flight and prospective passengers on time departure, quick passenger facilitation, free baggage allowance and quality inflight service.

He said,“We have a special free baggage allowance, with two pieces of 25kg each, which gives 50kg, that is a wonderful gift as well; and we want to say to you coming on board this flight, we will continue to remember you, this is the beginning of good things to come to Nigeria.”

Alhaji Bankole also used the opportunity to intimate the passengers of the new routes to start soon and other existing routes, saying, “Medview airline operates four flights to London, as you are all aware; and we are here on the Dubai route for three times weekly and we hope to commences Jeddah on schedule flight on 24th of December, 2017 on Thursday and returning on Sunday, this will continue till summer; and that will make it four flights during the Ramadan. And the big news everyone of you is expecting is the direct flight to Huston come summer 2018.”

He said, “I wish you all the best; and I thank you for being part of this glory. I wish you season’s greetings and the best of next year 2018 that we are all looking up to. May God continue to make the country great.”

At the stop over at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, Abuja, representative of the Minister of State, Aviation, Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Aisha Jumai Al Hassan, came on board to celebrate with the airline. Others include, Alhaja Bankole’s wife, Super Eagles striker, Odion Igalo, the representatives of the Oba of Lagos, aviation Journalists, among other dignitaries.
