Tension in Umuahia

There is a heavy presence of police operatives and other state security agencies with armoured vehicles stationed at various strategic points around Umuahia, Abia state following clashes with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) yesterday. This has led to a lull in commercial activities in the state capital.
