#DTNalert: Policeman kills 13-year old in Bayelsa
A Police Corporal, identified as David Napoleon, attached to the Bayelsa State Police Command, has shot and killed a 13-year-old student in Kpansia community, Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.
