Army raids Akoko in Ondo state
Heavy sporadic gunfire has been reported as accompanying an ongoing security operation by soldiers from 32 Artillery of the Nigeria Army. The operation has caused panic and tension around Akoko metropolis. Some of the towns where the army invaded include Oba-Akoko, Akunu-Akoko, and Ose-Akoko communities.
