Delta Central: Dafinone will triumph in Appeal -Edesiri Ofomala
…says mandate given to Senator Dafinone shall be protected

Member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Edesiri Ofomala, has said that the Senator representing Delta Central in the 10th Senate, Senator Chief Ede Dafinone will appeal the decision of the tribunal, adding that the grounds on which the tribunal nullified the Senator’s victory at the 2023 senatorial election is not acceptable.
Ofomala while reacting to the tribunal judgment at Asaba, said that he is confident that Senator Chief Ede Dafinone will triumph at the next floor of justice and the areas where the Senator strongly disagree with the ruling will be looked into at the appellate court.

Ofomala noted that the Senator is very ready to protect and defend the mandate given to him, assuring Delta Central that the popular mandate will not be stolen, “we are confident of victory at the appellate court by the special Grace of God,” he said.
Ofomala added that despite the distraction, Senator Ede Dafinone is committed to offer selfless service to the good people of Delta Central, insisting that the injustice done at the tribunal will certainly be corrected at the court of appeal.
