Dear Muhammadu … Obasanjo Writes Buhari
Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, has written a congratulatory letter to the President-elect, Major General Muhammadu Buhari.
Dated 31 March, the former President, against whom General Buhari first contested and lost in 2003, but who was one of his main backers in 2015, urged the President-elect to bind the wounds inflicted by the highly divisive campaigns of the election.
Obasanjo also urged Buhari to focus on institution reform, education and healthcare among other items
