The Anti-Deforestation Task Force set up by Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River state, has announced a ban on illegal logging across the state.
The order was contained in a press release signed by the Chairman of the task force, Mr. Agan Modey and made available to journalists on Monday in Calabar.
Modey also warned persons parading themselves as task force agents to desist from doing so as anyone caught would face the full wrath of the law.
