LaLiga has confirmed five new positive cases for coronavirus cases in the first and second division.
The tests were taken as a measure for the league to resume, and 42 club training grounds were used as testing camps for the players and staff.

A statement from La Liga read, “Between the clubs of [the first and second divisions], five positive cases have been detected among players, all of them asymptomatic and in the final stage of the illness,”.
La Liga has however not given the names of the players who have tested positive, citing data protection laws.
The players who have tested positive are set to be put on isolation and again be tested over the coming days. When they return two negative results, 72 hours apart, they will be able to join their teammates in training.
La Liga is planning to resume the season since its abandonment in March, but there has been no communication on the exact date.
