The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, has urged personnel of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) to strictly observe prescribed precautionary measures against the coronavirus.

Abubakar made the call on Monday in his Easter message to personnel of the service.
The air chief also urged the personnel to keep hope alive by sustaining prayers for God’s intervention towards the defeat of the coronavirus.

“As we mark this year’s Easter amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic, I urge us all to stay safe by strictly observing prescribed precautionary measures.
“Whilst keeping hope alive by sustaining our prayers for God’s intervention as we work together to defeat this global threat, happy Easter,” he said.
