Court frees Justice Ademola, Wife over Corruption
An Abuja High Court sitting in Maitama, Wednesday dismissed all the 18 counts, including gratification charges pressed against Justice Ademola, his wife Olubowale, and Mr. Joe Agi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
In his ruling, Justice Jude Okeke discharged the three defendants and thereafter upheld the no-case submissions as filed by the defendants.
