Coppa Italia set to resume before Serie A restart
Coppa Italia semi-finals are set to be played on June 13-14, and the final has been provisionally slotted for June 17 according to Vincenzo Spadafora.
Italy’s minister for Sport Vincenzo Spadafora, made this confirmation on Saturday further stating that the Serie A fixtures would resume from June 20.
“I hope that from June 13 to 20 they can complete the Coppa Italia, as that would be a signal to the whole nation.”
The first legs of the semifinals were already played, and those ended in AC Milan 1-1 Juventus and Inter 0-1 Napoli.
With the new schedule, Juventus will host AC Milan while Napoli plays Inter on June 13-14, then the final will be on June 17 at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
