Constituency votes: Electorates expect much from politicians – Orji
With raised concern that people are now tired of politicians and are expecting much from their representatives, Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji says politicians have shot themselves on the leg.
Hon. Orji who is the member representing Umuahia Central in the Abia State House of Assembly made this assertion at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Amuzukwu, Umuahia during the church building launching, said with the votes for constituency projects, “the electorates are now waiting upon us to do much for them”.
He continued “The Legislators are lawmakers, but their constituents are expecting tangible things/projects for them to see.
“Telling them that you sponsored bills which have become laws, they will not listen to you but must see the projects on ground”.
