The Foundation used the occasion to honour illustrious sons and daughters of Ohuhu land and friends of the foundation who are from within and beyond the state.
The occasion also featured gifts to children and adults for the Christmas.
Most beneficiaries of the scheme told Daily Times that their patience earned them the empowerment, expressing their gratitude to the foundation and God.
