Cleric empowers 72 widows, disables, others

The founder of Odi Ajaye Victorious Garden Ministry Pastor Dr. John Olushola Ojo has donated cash sum ranging from 50,000 to 10,000 to over 70 unemployed widows and disables in Lagos.

Pastor who’s the Senior Pastor of Christ Apostlic Church, CAC Odi Ajaye in Ogba area of Lagos state also presented clothing materials and food stuff to beneficiaries of his empowerment programme for the widowed.

Pastor Ojo while presenting his new book titled Giving: Provoking the law of Abundance said rendering help to the less privilege will help curb terrorism, stealing, child marriages among other crimes and social vices in the society.

He urged the beneficiaries not to be weary but brace up to overcome challenges ahead of them.

Pastor Ojo however called on well-meaning Nigerians to come to the aid millions of less privileged in the society by sharing part of their wealth for humanity.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Aminat Rasheed commended the vision of the octogenarian saying Pastor Ojo has been wearing the garment of giving and caring for the widows and less privilege in the society from his youthful age.

She said the ministry had assisted in training two of her children in the higher institution.

The event was also used to mark the 81 years anniversary of Pastor Ojo and the public presentation of his book.
