Christians urged to lives righteous emulation in life
Christians have again been charged to leave a righteous life worthy of emulation to build an egalitarian society. A cleric, Pastor Funsho Abiodun, gave the charge in his sermon delivered at the fifty second anniversary of Mary Band of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ilorin District Headquarters.
Pastor Abiodun who spoke on “living a righteous life” called on Christians to strive to make heaven by being of good character and emulate the sterling qualities of Jesus Christ.
The Cleric urged them to love their neighbours and always be their brother`s keepers in all circumstances. He advised Christians to leave a holy life and be of good virtue.
Pastor Abiodun charged them to desist from sin and worship God wholeheartedly. Also in his sermon, Olawale Ajiteru of Glorious Height Christ Chapel, Asa dam road, Ilorin called on Christians to be focus and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour for the will of God to come to pass in their life.
Pastor Ajiteru implored them to always give thanks at all times. Prophetess Monisola Olayemi of the Royal Family Tabernacle of Praise C & S Church, Ita-Elepa junction ilorin emphasised the need for Christians to appreciate God through praises to receive more blessing from the Almighty.
The General Overseer of the Agbara Igbaniwasibe World wide Gbagede called on Christians to know their God and serve Him diligently.
Speaking on the theme ‘Support for Pastor’ Reverend Joseph Agboluaje of Second ECWA Shao called on Christians God to support their pastor in prayers and also take care of them physically.
Also, Prophet Peter Oladipo of C & S Movement Church, Ipetu-Igbomina urged Nigerians to continue to pray fervently for peace reign in the Nation and God to direct those in government to enable them excel.
