Card Reader Fails at Jonathan's Booth, Works at Buhari's
The time is 9.45 a.m. and President Goodluck Jonathan is yet to be accredited at his polling booth in Otuoke, Bayelsa State, because the card reader failed to work.
It took the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Major General Muhammadu Buhari all of two minutes to get accredited because the card reader function perfectly in his Daura, Katsina State, home.
Incumbent President Jonathan is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
