They cannot impeach me, says Saraki
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), presidential aspirant, Dr Bukola Saraki has boasted that he cannot be impeached by those planning the evil.
The Senate president, while making this disclosure stated that the call for his impeachment after the senate’s adjournment cannot hold waters, adding “they don’t have the number to impeach me”.
Dr. Saraki spoke Sunday afternoon while fielding questions from journalists at the PDP secretariat, stressing that those who are being emotional don’t have the number.
According to him “those who are accusing us of undue process in the adjournment are unaware that we are in the majority. They know they don’t have the ‘Locus Standi’.
He said the decision of the upper chamber of the National Assembly to go on recession was unanimously agreed and in accordance to the rule of law.
