Buhari’s Supporters Launch 2019 Re-Election Campaign

Supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurate the South-West office of Buhari Campaign Organisation in Ibadan ahead of the 2019 election.
Some supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari are just not bothered about whether he is sick and away or not. For them, it is Buhari or no one else.
A so-called South-West office of Buhari Campaign Organisation in Ibadan, was on Monday inaugurated ahead of the 2019 election.
Even if he is too sick to campaign for himself, they say they are ready to hit the roads across Nigeria to get their man a second term in office.
This comes at a time when some other Nigerians are holding protests to demand Buhari’s return to work or his resignation, having been away from the country since May 7.
On Monday, some Nigerians demonstrated against the president’s prolonged absence in a simultaneous exercise that held in Abuja and London.
Their message is simple, resume or resign.
The President has been receiving medical care for unknown ailments in London and the mystery surrounding his condition makes his absence more unacceptable for many.
As expected, the Presidency has dismissed the calls for President Buhari’s resignation.
