Breaking: Arsenal sign Willian

Arsenal have signed Brazillian winger, Willian from chelsea on a free transfer. ESPN reports that an official announcement is expected to be made sometime later this month.

Chelsea and Willian have been locked in a deadlock of a negotiation in recent weeks, with the Brazillian insisting on a three-year deal against the two year offer which was on the table.

Despite being offered a significantly better wage package of £140 a week by Chelsea, Willian has now opted to join cross town rivals, Arsenal, in a three year deal that will seen him earn £100,000 a week.

Willian brings an end to a seven year spell in West London. He won two Premier League titles with the Blues
