A female suicide bomber blew herself up and killed 27 others at a market in Konduga, Borno State. Two other suicide bombers detonated their devices at the gates to a nearby IDP camp, wounding many people.

A total of 83 people were wounded in the three explosions.

Boko Haram has become stronger over the last few months. Last month, an oil prospecting team was captured by the al-Barnawi faction. At least 37 people, including members of the team, died when rescuers from the Army and CJTF tried to free them.
