Bobby Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon has checked out of the rehab after 7 weeks

The 25-year-old is reportedly back home with his mother Michelle Gordon, after seeking help following a public meltdown while shooting a Dr. Phil interview on March 6.

The interview was very emotional with Gordon threatening suicide.

“My pain is horrible,” Gordon told Dr. Phil in their interview. “My heart hurts. I have panic attacks.”

Gordon became distraught after Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31. She was subsequently put on a ventilator and placed in a medical-induced coma.

Meanwhile Bobbi Kristina’s exact condition in the DeKalb Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia, remains unclear, after the two sides of her family gave differing reports.

Bobby, shocked fans two weeks ago at a Dallas concert when he revealed that ‘Bobbi is awake’.

But Whitney’s mother Cissy later claimed that while her granddaughter was ‘no longer in a medically induced coma’, she had ‘irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive’.

Now, according to the New York Daily News, Bobby has filed for guardianship of his daughter’s estate, which would allow him to make decisions with regard to Bobbi Kristina’s financial affairs.
