Bisexual Suspect Arrested As Police Declare Partner Wanted In Lagos

The Lagos State Command of the Nigerian Police has arrested one Femi Olabiyi Olaniyi for his alleged involvement in same-sex practice after some highly incriminating evidence were recovered from his apartment following a raid of some blackspots for criminals in a suburban axis of Lagos State on December 15th 2024.

 

The Command in a statement made available to journalists in the state said that the Command acting on an intelligence report on the some secret activities of criminals, swooped on the community and made the arrest.

 

The statement further stated that the operatives of the Command during the operation raided an apartment and reportedly arrested Femi Olabiyi Olaniyi a bisexual suspect as some incriminating evidence linking him to a same-sex syndicate was found in his phone .

 

According to the statement, operatives of the Command during a search of his apartment recovered incriminating evidence including sex toys and nude pictures.

 

Further search of his phones exposed the true identity of his partner whose several nude photos were also discovered in the phone, the statement added.

 

The Command further said that Femi Olabiyi Olaniyi made confessional statement implicating his secret lover adding that he had been secretly indulging in the sacrilegious act of same-sex act with one Olayinka Sunday Ogundele in the community without the knowledge of neighbours.

 

Highly incriminating evidence such as nude photos of both men were recovered from his apartment and in the phone of the arrested bisexual suspect during the operation .

 

Meanwhile, preliminary investigation by the Police, revealed that in February 2020 before the COVID 19, the fleeing suspect , Olayinka Ogundele was also involved in another same-sex relationship with one Olusoji Olaniran.

 

The two bisexual suspects were reportedly beaten up and almost lynched to death by angry community vigilante after they were caught in the sacrilegious act of same-sex practice as the case is still pending while the suspect (Olusoji Olaniran) and his partner fled from the community to unknown destination

 

The statement further urged members of the general public with any useful information on the whereabouts of the fleeing gay partner Olayinka Sunday Ogundele to report at the nearest police station for a handsome reward adding that he had been declared wanted by the police shortly after the arrest of Femi Olabiyi Olaniyi for gross violation of the Same-sex Marriage Prohibition Act
