Bindow bags Africa’s outstanding Governor of the Year award
An international gathering of African Youths and Students summit in Kigali Rwanda, has presented Africa’s outstanding Governor of the year award on Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow, Governor of Adamawa state.
He was represented at the event by Hon. Muhammed Abba Abdullahi, Special Adviser on legal Matters and Comr. Mohammed Ahmed Marafa Special Assistant (SA) on Student Liaison.
While giving a citation on the people’s oriented leadership of Jibrilla, a world renowned public speaker, Prof Plo Lumumba in his presentation described youths as the leader of future generation in Africa, noting that leadership is service to humanity, not one’s self.
The Government of Sen Bindow has been receiving Awards by different organisations, NGOs, etc for his people oriented policies and leadership.
