Aviation workers welfare my priority … Ilitrus

A prominent union leader and the current national vice president of Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigerians ATSSSAN, Comrade Ahmadu Ilitrus, has said that the welfare of aviation workers in the country will be accorded priority to ensure enhanced productivity in the sector.

Ilitrus who made this known in an interview with journalists on his programme for aviation workers if elected as the next president of ATSSSAN, said Nigerian aviation workers have suffered and needed more enhanced welfare benefits.

A one-time branch secretary and chairman of Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority branch, Comrade Ilitrus said he has committed himself to serve the union having passed through persecution as a result of struggles to emancipate workers through involvement in meetings and negotiations for workers conditions of service.
