Arsenal Fan Slumps, Dies During Stoke Defeat

A fan of North-London based Premier League Side has been confirmed dead. He passed on when Arsenal failed to score in Saturday’s Maych Day 2 clash away to Stoke City
His love for the Emirates sponsored team has caused him his life. His emotions and passion ran too high.
Dominic Ejimba could not bear it when his team conceded a goal midway into the second half of the game.
He slumped and died on the spot while his friends rushed him to a nearby hospital.
He was watching the game at a public viewing centre on the Owerri-Okigwe highway in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.
The deceased, who was in his early 40s, was said to have supported Arsenal from his childhood.
The deceased’s brother, Francis Onwuka, confirmed the incident.
Onwuka said, “Dom is dead. He slumped while watching Arsenal and Stoke City match on Friday and could not make it to the hospital.
“It is unfortunate and saddening because he has left a very young wife and three little kids. His demise is quite painful.”
Police authorities say an autopsy will be conducted on Monday to ascertain the cause of death.
