Army beings Officers workshop

The first commanding officers workshop for the year 2016 is to be hosted by Headquarters, 3 Division Nigeria Army, from 23-27 May, 2016, at Headquarters of 7 Division Nigeria Army Maimalari Cantonment Maiduguri.

The workshop is for commanding officers of units in 1, 3, 7 and 8 Division Areas of Responsibilities. The main objective of the workshop is to improve the practical skills of commanding officers in general unit administration in both peace and in war times.

It is further aimed at achieving more combat efficient and functional administration of Nigerian Army units in counter terrorism and counter insurgency.

Among other activities, there will be movement of officers from units and formations from Abuja-Jos-Bauchi-Damaturu and Maiduguri road axis. The public should however not panic as these roads shall be busy during the period.
