Ambode, greatest gift to Ajara kingdom, says monarch

The Aholu of Ajara Agamathen, Agano Toniyon I has described Governor Akinwunmi Ambode as the greatest gift to Ajara Kingdom.

He stated this while expressing his joy over his elevation by the state governor from Baaleship to kingship.

Speaking further, he said, Governor Ambode has really demonstrated that he is a God fearing and loving leader.

He said, “The Ajara kingdom asked for a king but our amiable governor approved three kings.”

“He has really surprised us in Ajara kingdom, with this gesture am thanking the governor on behalf of all the other kings, Aholu of Ajara Vetho, Ahoha of Ajara Torpa, our governor is a forthright, honest, courageous, transparent, a caring leader and a great legend of our time.”

Aholu Agano Toniyon I also described Governor Ambode as a brilliant, excellent and enterprising technocrat, a great leader with love of Ajara people in his heart, his personality is exemplary based on his distinctive achievement, passion of development, generosity and services to humanity in general.

“If we look at the infrastructure development in Ajara (Togbe-Ewhe, Sunny Ajose Road, Ajara Agamathen) and Lagos at large, Governor Ambode has recently put in place critical infrastructure that has really helped Ajara and also putting it on a world map.

“Look at the street light projects in Ajara, we appreciate the governor for the street light projects and also for providing adequate security for us.

“He has donated security equipment worth billions of naira to Nigeria Police and other law enforcement agencies on the zero crime rate.

“In truth, there is no enough space to express the people’s admiration for our amiable governor. Also, appreciation goes to almighty God for giving us Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a governor emeritus and a gem of unquantifiable value.

However, the staff of office will be presented to the newly elevated kings on Sunday, February 11, 2018.
